My Philosophy
Healthy living is not a simple diet, vigorous exercise, or a 2-week juice cleanse. Healthy living is a lifestyle. Something that we should work on every day. It is a journey that never ends. Our health has no price, which is why it is so important to maintain.
I strongly believe in finding the root cause of illnesses instead of silencing the symptoms. At Her Health, we will be working with the body as a whole. No two bodies are the same, and we all have different nutritional needs. Working together we can find the best individual plan for you.
My Pillars for Health
Nutrition
Adding a nutrient dense, whole food diet will create a strong foundation to obtain and maintain balanced health.
Digestion
All the way from your brain to elimination, digestion allows your body to feed your cells through nutrients.
Hydration
Being one of the most important nutrients, water can help restore the fluids you loose everyday.
Mineral Balance
The body needs minerals to keep muscles, heart, brain, and bones working by also contributing to enzyme and hormone production.
Fatty Acids
Aside from making foods taste delicious, fats are a key factor in aiding hormone function, providing energy, and much more.
Blood Sugar Regulation
Many hormones in the body like stress hormones, insulin resistance, sex hormones, and more are affected by our blood sugar levels.
